Fantasy is the first of our "sit down'" menus. It is a three course menu that was designed to introduce patrons to a few elegant flavors that were derived from traditional Caribbean recipes adding influences from Florida (U.S.A.). This menu is simple but definately spares no effort to deliver quality cuisine that will have you fantasizing
